We specialize in frozen Spanish paellas and croquetas. Here you can find the information you need to know how to finish preparing them at home.
Would you like to know more about our frozen products? We’ll tell you everything!
Both our paellas (mixed & seafood) and our croquetas are made homemade with a 100% traditional recipe that comes straight from Spain. We use high-quality ingredients and cook them slowly to enhance the flavors, ensuring a perfect final product.
Our Paellas: We offer two types of paellas: Paella Mixta (with chorizo, chicken, and shrimp or vegetarian option available too ) and Seafood Paella (with shrimp, squid, and mussels). Once the paellas are prepared, we vacuum-seal them in our retail bags to preserve the freshness and flavour of all the ingredients.
How to finish cooking our paellas? It’s very simple!
Open the bag of your preferred flavour (Mixed or Seafood) and pour the paella into a medium-sized pan with 400ml of water. Turn the heat up until it boils, and once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to medium. Wait until the water evaporates... and that's it! The paella is ready to plate and enjoy.
Our Croquetas: Our frozen croquetas are ready to fry. You can fry them in a pan or a deep fryer. If using a deep fryer, fry the croquettes until the coating (breadcrumbs) turns golden brown. Once ready, remove them from the fryer and let them rest on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil. If using a pan, cover the base with oil (we recommend olive oil or sunflower oil). Keep the heat on low until the croquetas begin to thaw, moving them gently. Once the inside of the croquette is soft, you can increase the heat slightly to crisp up the coating a little more. Once ready, let them rest on a paper towel.
